~Kansai/Tokai area edition~
“THE KING OF FIGHTERS NEOWAVE” area ranking starting from this time. Here, we will announce the ranking of the top KOF players in the Kansai/Tokai area (Osaka, Hyogo, Kyoto, Shiga, Nara, Wakayama, Aichi, Gifu, Shizuoka, Mie) who have been given the title of “Eternal Kamigata Admiral,” as well as the area's TOP 30.
The Kansai/Tokai area is also a fiercely competitive area, as much or more than the Kanto area. All of the top 30 players have recorded over 1000 wins and are ranked. If I have any regrets, it would be that not a single player who entered in Kyoto was in the top 30.
RANKING No.1〜No.10
Collection period: October 1, 2004 to October 15, 24:00
first generation
Osaka's Mr. KAORU is Masurao, who has earned the title of eternal Kamigata Admiral with an unbelievable record of 2,753 victories. Next time, I want you to work hard and aim to become one of only a few players in the country with over 3,000 wins.

RANKING No.1〜No.10
