Data transfer

Can I transfer the data on my AW card?

Data can be transferred to a new AW card. Not only battle results but also points and acquired data can be transferred.

Please note that data may not be transferred correctly, so please check the following before transferring your AW card. If you do not follow the instructions below, we cannot guarantee or restore your data.

●If you transfer your AW card, you will no longer be able to use the original card. It can be used offline, but data will no longer be saved to the server.

●Please be sure to specify an unused AW card as the transfer destination card. The data will become inconsistent.

●When transferring your AW card from mobile or web, please do so immediately after playing on the online console. Results and shared AW points earned by playing on offline cabinets will no longer be reflected.

●You cannot transfer from mobile or web immediately after transferring from the online system. The transfer will be possible after playing again in the online cabinet.

●Please be sure to play in the online cabinet immediately after transferring your AW card from mobile or web. Your total score will be reset.

AW card transfer can only be carried out to unused AW cards. Also, immediately before and after the transfer, data will be exchanged with the server, so please be sure to play in an online cabinet. If you play on an offline console immediately before or after handover, some data may not be recorded on the server, or some server data may not be recorded on the AW card.

STEP1

<Transfer between mobile site and PC site>

STEP1

In addition to the “AW Card” that will be the transfer source, please purchase an unused “AW Card” that will be the transfer destination and have it on hand.

STEP2

Access the AW-NET official site (http://www.awnet.jp). Perform personal authentication and select "AW Card Transfer" from the member-only menu screen.

STEP3

Please enter the user access code (16-digit number written on the back of the card) of your new, unused "AW Card" in the entry field.

STEP4

After entering the new user access code, if there is no mistake in the new user access code, a message "Transfer completed" will be displayed and the process will be completed.
