Survival levels and ranked CPU challengers

Without AW-NET, Survival stops at level 100; the starting-level setting lifts that. After winning against higher-ranked players, you can meet ranked CPU challengers on the rare route, marked with a rank icon and SP MATCH, once per CPU run. Points: 10 for starting or continuing, 1 per ten levels (up to 5), 5 for clearing.
